Return & Refund Policy

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. A restocking fee (standard rate of 25%, though it may vary) will be applied to all returns unless the return qualifies under one of the following exceptions:

• Damaged Product: If the product arrived damaged and we provided the shipping label or arranged freight, the restocking fee will be waived.
• Incorrect Product: If we sent you the wrong product, the restocking fee will be waived. If you ordered the wrong product and purchase the correct one from us, the restocking fee will be waived.
• Non-Functional Product: If the product does not work, we will test and confirm its condition. If confirmed non-functional, the restocking fee will be waived.

Please note that the standard restocking fee rate is 25%, but it may vary depending on the item. Please review your invoice carefully and contact us as soon as possible to request any corrections before the item is shipped.
